She is a soft skills trainer by profession. the Co-Founder and Director of Training and Development of a skills development training institute in Bangladesh. She is also an instructor of Public Speaking and Presentation Skills at the Asian University for Women, Bangladesh. The first female Distinguished Toastmaster from Bangladesh held various leadership roles over the years.
