Nirmika Subba, DTM
Associate Program Quality Director
Former Assistant Professor of English and a Soft Skills Trainer. A CELTA graduate and a certified IELTS trainer, currently freelance for the British Council. Joined Toastmasters in August 2016 as the charter member of the first club in North Bengal. Have served as Area Director once and as Division Director twice. Achieved first DTM in 2020.

A Corporate Lawyer and Company Secretary with Barclays, serving as Vice President Legal. He holds a master’s in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and is a certified Design Thinker from the University of Sydney. He has sponsored and co-founded several Toastmasters clubs in Delhi NCR and held many leadership roles for District 124.
